Erik Spring serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Mereo Fiber, where he leads the company’s sales organization and overall revenue strategy. With deep experience in multifamily bulk connectivity, Erik has a proven track record of driving growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams.

Prior to joining Mereo, Erik held executive sales leadership roles at BAI Connect, a Southern California-based bulk connectivity platform, and at Wave Broadband prior to its acquisition by Astound Broadband.

As CRO, Erik is responsible for setting revenue strategy, aligning sales and marketing objectives, establishing performance metrics, and driving market expansion while cultivating strong, long-term client partnerships.
