Joe Berg serves as Vice President of Technical Sales at Mereo Fiber, where he leads indirect sales initiatives and supports market expansion through strategic analysis and growth planning. With more than 18 years of experience, Joe brings deep expertise in delivering innovative, customer-focused connectivity solutions.

Joe joins Mereo following the merger with Data Stream, the company he founded in 2016 and led as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Data Stream, he served as Vice President of Operations at Access Communications, which was acquired by Zayo Group in 2013, and as President of Data Tech, a low-voltage contracting firm.

A respected voice in the telecommunications industry, Joe combines technical depth with strategic insight, with a strong focus on network architecture, evolving telecom strategies, and emerging industry trends. His leadership continues to support Mereo’s growth through both organic and inorganic initiatives.
