Matt Berg serves as Community Service Director at Mereo Fiber, where he leads community engagement and outreach initiatives across the company’s portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) industry, Matt brings deep expertise in large-scale service deployments, property partnerships, and resident-focused connectivity solutions.

Prior to joining Mereo, Matt held roles with DIRECTV and AT&T, where he developed a strong foundation in delivering connectivity solutions at scale.

At Mereo, he works closely with property owners, operators, and local organizations to expand access and enhance the resident experience. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Matt combines operational insight with a focus on community impact, supporting both customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
