Paul Bialobrzewski serves as Chief Financial Officer of Mereo Fiber, where he oversees financial strategy, reporting, and performance as the company continues to scale its position as a leading bulk technology provider for high-density residential communities across the United States.

A Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years of experience, Paul has built a career driving growth through disciplined financial management, operational rigor, and the implementation of processes that enable scalability and continuous improvement across organizations.

Prior to joining Mereo, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of Bitcoin of America, a national Bitcoin ATM operator, where he played a key role in tripling the company’s footprint during his tenure. He has also held accounting and finance roles across manufacturing, private equity, and proprietary trading, including with The Carlyle Group, where he contributed to corporate accounting efforts surrounding the firm’s 2012 IPO.
