Victoria Wallace serves as Community Support Director at Mereo Fiber, where she leads support operations and works to make the customer experience better across the company. With more than 15 years in customer support and eight focused on internet services, Victoria has built tools and processes that help the team provide accurate and timely answers for our customers.

She takes a hands-on approach, using years of frontline experience to set up systems that keep the team effective as Mereo continues to grow. Her focus stays on two things that go hand in hand: a support team that runs well and customers who get the help they need.
